vibe.VPN Public Offer

This edition follows the publication dated 16 February 2026, with the service channels specified: website, Telegram bot and user cabinet.

1. General provisions

1.0. The vibe.VPN service (also vibe_VPNbot) provides access to a protected network to help keep transmitted data secure, including over Wi-Fi and mobile networks in public places.

1.1. The service owner, the “Seller”, publishes this public offer to sell goods and services described:

1.2. This document is a public offer. If an individual accepts the terms below and pays for the Seller’s Product, that payment is acceptance of the offer and is equivalent to entering into the Agreement on the terms set out here.

1.3. Please read this public offer carefully. If you disagree with any clause, you should not buy the Product or use the Seller’s services.

1.4. Unless the context requires otherwise, the terms below have the following meanings.

1.5. “Offer” means the Seller’s public proposal to any individual to enter into a sale agreement (the “Agreement”) on the terms contained in the Agreement, including all annexes.

1.6. “Buyer” means an individual who has entered into the Agreement with the Seller.

1.7. “Acceptance” means the Buyer’s full and unconditional acceptance of the Agreement.

1.8. “Product” means access to the VPN service for a defined term. The VPN service lets customers reach servers and networks around the world operated by vibe.VPN software. All access data, settings and related information are confidential and must not be disclosed to third parties. If the usage rules are violated, the Seller may terminate network access unilaterally and stop serving the customer without restoring access.

1.9. “Product characteristics” means the features of a specific product shown on the website, in the Telegram bot and in the user cabinet, such as access term and number of devices.

1.10. “Order” means items from the Product range selected by the Buyer when placing a request on the website, in the bot or in the user cabinet.

1.11. “Delivery” means providing the Order to the Buyer.

1.12. “User” means an individual who has activated the user cabinet and/or uses the website or Telegram bot.

2. Subject of the agreement

2.1. The Seller sells the Product according to the current price list published at https://vibevpn.vip/en/tariffs, in the Telegram bot and in the user cabinet, and the Buyer pays for and accepts the Product under this Agreement.

2.2. This Agreement and its annexes are official documents of the Seller and an integral part of the offer.

3. Placing an Order

3.1. The Buyer places an Order through the website https://vibevpn.vip/, the Telegram bot https://t.me/vibe_VPNbot or the user cabinet https://cabinet.vibevpn.vip/.

3.2. When placing an Order in the Telegram bot, the Buyer must provide their Telegram account ID.

3.3. When placing an Order through the website or user cabinet, the Buyer must provide their Telegram account ID and any other data needed to create or link an account.

3.4. The Seller is not responsible for the content or accuracy of information provided by the Buyer when placing an Order.

3.5. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of information provided when placing an Order.

3.6. Payment by the Buyer for an Order placed on the website, in the bot or in the user cabinet means the Buyer agrees to this Agreement. The payment date is the date the sale agreement is concluded.

3.7. All materials on the website, in the bot and in the user cabinet are for reference and may not fully describe every property of the Product. If you have questions before placing an Order, contact the Seller via https://t.me/vibe_VPNbot or the contact page.

4. Order fulfillment time

4.1. The Order is delivered as soon as possible, usually within 5 minutes after payment, as authentication data (a configuration link) for the software.

4.2. The Order is considered delivered when the information appears in the Buyer’s user cabinet. The service also sends a notification to the Buyer’s Telegram account via the bot.

4.3. If the Buyer provides inaccurate contact details, the Seller is not responsible for improper fulfillment of the Order.

5. Payment

5.1. The Buyer pays by electronic transfer. Confirmation of payment is the debit of funds from the Buyer’s account.

5.2. Funds are accepted by bank card, Faster Payments System (SBP), cryptocurrency and Telegram Stars, and any other methods shown on the website, in the bot and in the user cabinet.

5.3. Payment is a one-time charge for the selected plan and period. Current plan names, device counts, prices and available terms are published at https://vibevpn.vip/en/tariffs, in the Telegram bot and in the user cabinet, and may change. The subscription term is chosen when placing the Order. Extra devices can be added on any plan within the limit shown on those pages.

5.4. At least 3 days before the paid period ends, the Seller sends a reminder to pay for the next period. Otherwise access to the service is cancelled.

6. Refunds

6.1. All new Users receive 3 days of free access under the loyalty program so they can check the quality of the Product. Placing and paying for an Order means the User agrees that the Seller provides a Product of proper quality.

6.2. The Buyer may not refuse a paid Product (or part of it) of proper quality that has individually defined properties.

6.3. The Buyer may not refuse a paid Product (or part of it) of proper quality in case of technical problems or other events on the Buyer’s ISP side or in the internet network of the Buyer’s region.

7. Copyright

7.1. All text and graphics published on https://vibevpn.vip/, in the Telegram bot and in the user cabinet belong to the Seller and/or the Product manufacturers.

8. Rights, duties and liability

8.1. The Seller is not responsible for improper use of goods ordered through the website, bot or user cabinet.

8.2. The Seller may assign its rights and duties to fulfill Orders to third parties.

8.3. The Seller shall prevent unauthorized access to information and/or transfer of it to persons not involved in fulfilling Orders, and shall detect and stop such incidents.

8.4. The Seller is not liable for harm caused online or for any damage to the User online, whether personal use or harm to business, commercial or public activity arising from use, inability to use, or other reasons related to the Product (VPN service).

8.5. The Seller is not liable for user actions on websites or in programs that may harm the user or third parties. All responsibility for such actions lies with the user.

8.6. The Product (VPN service) may be used only for lawful purposes. It may not be used, including:

  • if any actions violate national, international or local law;
  • for spam or any activity that harms other network users;
  • to distribute malware, viruses, trojans or other prohibited software;
  • for port scanning, torrent software, password guessing, or creating malicious sites such as phishing sites;
  • for fraud or infringement of copyright, patents, inventions or other rights;
  • to impersonate another person, company or organization;
  • to interfere with the service or violate policies and procedures set for users;
  • to incite unlawful actions against people, networks or organizations.

If such actions occur, the Seller may block the Buyer’s account, and full responsibility lies with the user. Report unlawful use via https://t.me/vibe_VPNbot or https://vibevpn.vip/en/contact.

8.7. The Seller does not limit resource use, including connection speed and traffic volume, provided the load stays within a reasonable range and does not affect service stability. If excessive use reduces performance or stability, the Seller may impose limits or fully block the Buyer’s access.

8.8. Claims about improper fulfillment may be sent to support via Telegram or the website contact page. Incoming information is processed as soon as possible.

9. Loyalty program “Invite a friend”

9.1. All new Users receive 3 days of free access under the loyalty program.

9.2. Users may invite friends. Bonus terms are published at https://vibevpn.vip/en/referral, in the bot and in the user cabinet.

9.3. Bonuses are credited automatically to the inviter’s balance or subscription according to the current program terms.

10. Force majeure

10.1. A party that fails to perform or improperly performs this agreement is not liable if proper performance became impossible due to force majeure.

10.2. Force majeure includes wars, floods, fires, earthquakes and other natural disasters, strikes, changes in applicable law, or any other circumstances that the affected party cannot reasonably control or foresee, that prevent performance of this agreement, and that are not a direct or indirect result of an act or omission of either party.

11. Governing law and disputes

11.1. This Agreement is governed by the law of the Russian Federation, unless mandatory rules of the country of the consumer Buyer’s habitual residence provide otherwise.

11.2. If the Buyer is a consumer habitually resident in the Russian Federation, disputes are heard under article 17 of the Law of the Russian Federation No. 2300-1 of 7 February 1992 “On Protection of Consumer Rights”: the consumer may choose the court at their place of residence or stay, at the Seller’s location, or at the place where the Agreement was made or performed.

11.3. If the Buyer is a consumer habitually resident outside the Russian Federation, they keep the protection given by the mandatory rules of their country of residence. Such disputes are heard by the competent court under the applicable law and procedure of that country.
